The food is delicious and sublime, and the staff works tirelessly to bring the local folks a taste of something out of this world. “ Probably the best poutine around. Maybe in all of Ontario. I'd die on that hill. Multiple different options, including perfectly cooked fish. Getting Newfie sodas, to pair with the Newfie poutine, was probably the best decision to make. It just works. My go-to spot for years. ”

“ I always make sure to stop by here while visiting family. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, the amazing food is the icing on the cake. I live in Toronto where there are plenty of talented chefs who make stellar burgers. Despite that, I do not even think of getting one here because I save it for JJ’s. I haven’t been able to order anything but their banquet burger (the best I’ve ever had, you can taste the quality) until recently. The pulled pork grilled cheese is incredible. Not overly sauced so you can still taste the pork, the perfect amount of cheese. I was worried that I’d regret not getting the banquet burger, but I was so happy I tried something else. Options! I’ve only been a number of times, but they recognize me and my usual order now. This is why I love supporting small businesses and especially this one! See you soon! ”
